Smart water savers require an aerator and housing in order to install the product.

Smart water savers usually work in pressures higher than 0.8 bar. Quamist and Quamist 360 can work in places with lower pressure. If the pressure seems insufficient, remove the flow restrictor.

Measure the diameter of your aerator using a scale, if the housing is 22F or 24M then your tap is considered a standard size tap. Refer to our Aerator guide in case of further doubts.

Quamist is particularly designed with two modes, so it can be resourceful in homes and kitchens. The water flow output differs between 500ml/min to 2.5 litres/ min within the two modes

The minimum pressure needed for Quamist to work is 0.8 bar. Quamist works best with higher water pressure. Quamist works well for pressure up to 5 bar. A pressure pump is not required.

If Quamist over sprays, check the flow restrictor and if the over spraying continues try turning the valve in an anti-clockwise direction.

IF you feel like there isn’t sufficient flow, increase the water flow by turning the valve completely. Or you can get rid of the flow restrictor in order to increase the flow.

Remove the nozzle cap and rinse it under water, if it is still dirty use a toothpick to clean. We recommend you to soak the whole apparatus in a mixture of lime and vinegar, and brush gently to remove the scales.
